Our guest house is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The house was totally refurbished in 2008, Built in early 1900 its character still remains with its high ceilings and a feeling of space.

Looking back in the history books Burlam Road was the original Linthorpe Village;
as time moved on the village moved further up the road.
We have plenty of information for tourist; forgotten to bring something ?don`t panic!!!
we might just have it in our Honesty Shop in the the breakfast room where also you will find dvd`s to watch & books to read. finished your book; swap it in our book library.
